Refund, Cancellation & Chargeback Policy

Proxies and bandwidth are a consumable, immediately-provisioned digital service drawn from paid upstream capacity. Once an order is delivered to your dashboard, all sales are final and no returns or refunds are issued.

This includes, but is not limited to: you changed your mind; the proxies did not work for a specific target site or software; you used part of your allocation and no longer want the rest; you were banned, blocked, or rate-limited by a third-party platform; or you misconfigured your own tools.

Recurring plans (ISP, subnet, and server subscriptions) can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops all future billing — your access remains active through the end of the period you already paid for, and no partial refund is issued for the current period.

Pay-as-you-go and one-time purchases (such as rotating residential data) are not recurring and simply end when consumed or expired.

If a service is verifiably broken on our side and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, we may — entirely at our discretion — offer a replacement or partial account credit. This is a goodwill gesture, not an obligation, and does not apply to third-party bans, target-site behavior, or user misconfiguration.

Any free or promotional bandwidth, credits, or giveaway prizes expire 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise, and are never refundable, transferable, or convertible to cash.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us and giving us a fair chance to resolve the issue is a breach of these terms. Open a ticket first — almost every issue can be fixed quickly.

If you file a chargeback or dispute in bad faith: your account is permanently banned across all Professor Proxies services and our Discord server; we reserve the right to recover the disputed amount plus any processor fees we incur through any lawful means; and we may share your details with other proxy and digital-service providers as a fraud signal.

Orders placed with stolen or unauthorized payment methods, falsified payment details, or that trigger a payment reversal after provisioning will have access terminated immediately and without refund.

We cooperate fully with our payment processors and, where legally required, with law enforcement. Attempts to defraud us, abuse promotions, or resell/redistribute access without written permission result in an immediate permanent ban.
